We at welldoing.org want to take this opportunity to wish you all a peaceful, happy break over the Christmas period.

People mark this time in so many different ways. Many will be with family members who they don't often see during the year, others will simply want to celebrate not working, not having to stick to their regular schedule. We think there should be room for having your own brand of Christmas, whether it involves religious belief, socialising or quiet reflection.

You can access all our Christmas posts here or if you've have enough of Christmas, the site has hundreds of useful posts on everything from types of therapy to personal accounts of dealing with troubles. You can also take this time to search for a therapist as for many the coming New Year is the final impetus to seek help.

With our best wishes for a enjoyable time during the festive season,

Louise, Adam and Alice
