Come to the Mindful Living Show in London in June

May 10, 2018

We are delighted to let you know that welldoing.org is sponsoring the Health and Science Theatre at The Mindful Living Show in London on June 1 and 2. This show offers a great opportunity to learn more about mindfulness and meditation. With exclusive content for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the event looks at how mindfulness can benefit your life and health through live practice, study, fun and relaxation.

The tickets from £25 include access to over 70 seminars, practice sessions and workshops led by leading authors, teachers and practitioners including compassion expert Prof Paul Gilbert, nutritionist Madeleine Shaw, psychologist Rick Hanson and Dr Kristin Neff both via video link , mindfulness teacher Dr Patrizia Collard, academic Sir Anthony Seldon, plus a host of other experts. The show venue is the Business Design Centre in Islington, London N1.

In addition to the Health and Science Theatre, the show will include:

    • Zen Market Garden - relaxing and uplifting products and partners
    • Experience Zone - interactive creativity
    • Demo Zone - meditative experiences
    • Quiet Space - for guided meditations and calm
    • The Mindful Bowl - delicious treats

This unique event will allow you to network and meet others in this community, pick up new tips from the experts, further your practice or simply be introduced to the art of meditation. Also, members of the welldoing.org team will be in attendance over the show period, so we hope to meet up with you there.
