Louise, Alice and Jamie of welldoing.org are having a break for Christmas and New Year --- and we imagine you will too. Not only is it a time of year that many people want to celebrate religious and cultural traditions with family gatherings, carol services and present-giving, it's also a great time to make a break from the daily routine and just relax. Maybe you'll look back on the last 12 months and try to work out what you loved, and what was less fun; maybe you'll try to come up with a few New Year's resolutions.

Whatever you decide, and however you celebrate this period, we hope you have enjoyed your relationship with welldoing.org, and that it will continue on into an even happier and healthier 2016.
