About Me

I can help you to access your creative potential by working through psychological challenges and limitations. Often our ability to live a fuller life is blocked by issues, such as physical and emotional difficulties, anxieties, phobias and relationship issues. Working together in therapy I will guide you to explore the source of your issue and help you to find solutions to your problems.

Originally born in Vietnam, I arrived to the UK at an early age and can recognise the challenges of displacement and otherness through my own personal search for identity and connection. Throughout my life I always felt a need to discover my purpose, and in doing so, crossed over careers as a musician, photographer and a producer in the creative industries. I have always had a strong fascination for the workings of the unconscious and it was through my artistic practice I was led to regression therapy, which then evolved into my training to become a therapist. As a result of my own experience, my passion is to help others to develop their potential and discover a deeper sense of purpose and meaning.

How I work

My approach to counselling draws upon imaginative methods such as guided visualisations, and exploration of drawings, dreams and mental imagery. Paying attention to the connection between body, mind and emotions, I work intuitively, allowing each session to flow with your specific needs.

Everyone arrives to the process at very different personal stages. I am committed to meeting each person where they are at as an individual, and can provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, providing empathy and respect for you, your values and belief system.

I see clients for 50 minute counselling sessions on a weekly basis from consulting rooms near to Liverpool Street station. We can meet for short-term therapy to address specific issues or on a long-term basis for a deeper exploration of key issues and healing over time at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

If you would like to get in touch to ask any questions or to book an initial session then please contact me and I will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Training and qualifications

I am a counsellor, hypnotherapist and regression therapist with a post-graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip) validated by Middlesex University; a Diploma in Regression Therapy (Dip RTh) and certificate in Hypnotherapy (Ct Hyp), which are both accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), as well as a Masters in Photographic Studies (MA) from the University of Westminster.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), and I adhere to their professional code of practice. I am in regular supervision and am continually engaged in self-development both personally and professionally, which enables me to widen my experience and knowledge to fully support my clients

In addition to my private practice I work at the Psychosythesis Trust as part of the counselling service as a counsellor and assessor. I also assist training workshops at the Trust, and I have an artistic practice as a photographer and musician.
