Welcome. The first step is often the hardest but be assured that I will listen to you with respect. As an experienced Psychosynthesis counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP who also uses CBT tools and techniques, I can help you find your direction again, realise the choices you have and act on them. I offer LGBT+ affirmative therapy and have a particular interest in helping people put together their sexuality/gender identity with their spirituality in a life-enhancing way. I offer an introductory session of 30 minutes free of charge. The purpose of this session is to see if it would be beneficial for us to work together. If we both decide it would, then my fee thereafter is £55 online or in Westerham per 50 minute session. I also offer some sessions at a concessionary rate. Please contact me for details.
