About Me

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and in Clinical Practice since 2001. I am down to earth, approachable and passionate that therapy is a collaborative process - my job is to help you find your own individual answers and solutions. I am experienced enough to know that theory is helpful but what happens in successful therapy is not purely dictated by it. No one size fits all and no specific therapeutic model has all the answers.

A strong value I hold is that therapy can be a place for you to talk whatever you need to: You can talk to me about anything - and I won’t judge you.

Being a human is sometimes far more complex and overwhelming than we would like to imagine ... certainly much than the idealised images on social media. Together we can help you make sense of things and create an engaging, fulfilling path into your future.

I work with clients how I would like a therapist to work with me: approachable, supportive, empathic, human, non-shaming, kindly challenging and always with an eye on helping you achieve the results you want and helping to reduce psychological pain and negative symptoms.
