Karin Sieger
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a psychotherapist and writer and believe that whoever we are and whatever has happened positive change can happen, including making peace with ourselves and difficult situations which cannot be altered. Attending counselling or therapy is a sign of strength and not weakness. It means taking responsibility and charge of your life and circumstances.
I offer one off, short and medium term support in person in Richmond, online or via email.
I also offer free support via my writing, YouTube channel and #DearKarin Advice column via my website KarinSieger.com, which is runner up in the Top 10 UK Psychotherapy Blogs.
Areas I specialise in include grief, loss, spiritual crisis, transitions (eg mid-life crisis, career change), the emotional impact of chronic, life changing or life shortening illnesses, esp cancer for which I have been treated myself.
Feel free to contact me in confidence. I aim to respond to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you don't hear from me within this time, then please check your spam folder, esp if you use Hotmail or Yahoo.
