Sean Kelly
Integrative therapistAbout Me
Hello,
At certain times in life we can feel stuck, lost, and uncertain, as if we are on autopilot and not truly connected to ourselves, our partner, our family, or our friends. This can be frustrating and isolating, making it hard to see a way forward.
I offer an environment to explore where you are in life and how you'd like to move forward.
I work creatively, adapting my approach to individual needs, exploring what is current, historical, and unknown to help make sense of complexity, uncertainty, and the chaos of life.
I have over thirty years’ experience working across the voluntary, statutory, and commercial sectors, exploring broad therapeutic themes, and specialist areas of interest; change - cultural and behavioural, identity and sexuality, trauma, grief and loss.
Depending on your therapeutic needs, I offer both short-term (6-24 sessions) and long-term (ongoing) sessions.
