About Me

Hi, I am Liz and I offer online therapy for individuals and couples. The main model of therapy underpinning my work is Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, a therapeutic approach that looks at how we become who we are, and how we grow and change during the course of life.

Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on and whether you want to focus on resolving a particular problem or to focus on personal growth and development. The length of therapy can be decided at the beginning or can be worked out during the process. I do, however, suggest a minimum of six sessions in order to allow sufficient time to derive therapeutic benefit. Apart from this minimum, there is no fixed period that therapy should last. Rather working with a therapist is a unique process, individual to you and your circumstances, and we can discuss an appropriate period of time for you when we meet, and also as the therapy progresses.

The Online Therapy I offer is by instant messaging or video. I use Vsee for instant messaging therapy and Zoom for video therapy.  Both offer confidentiality and privacy.

Having been through a process of psychotherapy myself. I am now passionate about therapy, and the opportunities it presents for feeling better, exploring change and for resolving personal issues and difficulties in life.
