Psychoanalytic psychotherapistAbout Me
If you feel stuck in your difficulties, psychoanalytic psychotherapy will help things to shift. You will know yourself better and learn to overcome your difficulties.
The trust and rapport you have with your therapist is crucial to the success of the therapy. So it is important that you feel safe and understood. I provide a safe space and a trusted relationship that will be solid in meeting your needs. A dependable address where the truth of your experience will be valued.
I will sit with you in your distress as well as your good times and I will help you to put words to what is hard to think about. I won't jump in with advice or try to "fix" you. I listen and I remember, helping you to make connections you might not otherwise make. I support you in developing mastery over your difficulties and in making contact with your authentic self. To change what can be changed and to be reconciled and finally accepting of what can't. Through our collaboration, you will start to live a fuller and more integrated self, because together we will have created the conditions for positive change.
