About Me

I trained as a psychosynthesis therapist because I believe we are more than just our symptoms and problems; that our worries and issues, no matter how difficult , painful or "stuck" they may be, hold within them the opportunity for creative growth and change.

On a more personal level, I am a warm and approachable person who finds it easy to engage with people from all backgrounds . The experience of living and working in a variety of cultures , has given me a sense for detecting subtle signals in people that show the effect on them of the challenges of life in London, the world`s most cosmopolitan and complex city.

Apart from running my private practice at Canada Water and London bridge, I used to work as Honorary Counsellor at NHS South East London
