About Me

I trained as a psychosynthesis therapist because I believe we are more than just our symptoms and problems; that our worries and issues, no matter how difficult , painful or "stuck" they may be, hold within them the opportunity for creative growth and change.

On a more personal level, I am a warm and approachable person who finds it easy to engage with people from all backgrounds . The experience of living and working in a variety of cultures , has given me a sense for detecting subtle signals in people that show the effect on them of the challenges of life in London, the world`s most cosmopolitan and complex city.

Apart from running my private practice at Canada Water and London bridge, I used to work as Honorary Counsellor at NHS South East London

Training and qualifications

I am qualified therapist , with a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and Therapy. This is awarded by the University of East London and is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy . I have also trained in CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy), Mindfulness and Transgender Awareness.

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Counsellor; specialising in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), I am able to help people to help themselves to live happier and more fulfilled lives.

Research has shown that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment
in helping to overcome difficult times for people. If you are experiencing emotions that have been troubling you and are affecting the quality of your daily life, then please call and make an introductory appointment to explore how CBT can help.
