Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Do you feel depressed or anxious? Perhaps you are struggling to cope with work, relationships or on your own?
You may have had a struggle with addiction, low self-esteem or controlling your anger.
Maybe none of these is true, but life doesn't feel quite right...
I am a psychotherapist registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework. I have Diplomas in Psychotherapy (2008) and Counselling (2004) and a Diploma in Supervision (2014) from Re-Vision Centre for Integrative Psychosynthesis.
I have my own private practice based in Wenhaston and Woodbridge in Suffolk, where I see individual adults for therapy and provide clinical supervision. I currently also work as a supervisor for four separate services in London and provide private supervision in London on Wednesdays.
I have experience of working with a range of issues with adults. These include depression, general anxiety and stress, bereavement, sexuality, disability, domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse, addictions and eating disorders and difficulties at work and in relationships. I have worked with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and different ages. I only work with adults over the age of 18.
I am a trustee for Suffolk Rape Crisis which provides counselling for survivors in Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft as well as a confidential helpline.
