About me

People seek counselling for many reasons. There is no rule for what you should and should not attend counselling for. Whether you are facing a challenging phase in your life, suffer from anxiety or depression, want to improve your emotional health, change recurring patterns of thought or behaviour, have relationship or sexual issues or perhaps need to talk to someone in a non-judgemental and confidential environment - counselling can help. I am respectful of all gender, sexual and relationship diversities. Whatever you bring to the sessions, we will discuss sensitively and work through with encouragement, knowledge, and understanding. Seeking counselling can often feel intimidating or scary, but I am here to facilitate a safe, supportive and confidential space for you where you can explore what is going on in your life. How we work depends on what you bring to the session and what you feel comfortable with. The choice is always yours. My main areas of expertise are: Gender, sexual and relationship diversity Consensual non-monogamy Personal development Loneliness Lack of meaning Grief
