I offer a safe, confidential space for clients. Working within an integrative counselling approach, drawing on the best of Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic counselling and the tools of hypnotherapy and energy psychotherapies, to help gain deeper insights, understand patterns, release unhelpful emotions, and reframe the past, to develop positive tools to move forward confidently in new and empowering ways.
I will take time to answer any questions, explain the procedure and ensure I fully understand your issues, needs and therapy goals to help you get the most from your sessions - clients often notice a shift from the first session, and because the approaches I use offer a brief therapy, many clients can experience a positive improvement within a few sessions.
