Veronika KloucekIntegrative psychotherapist
Many reasons can bring us to therapy, whether they are life time struggles, temporary difficulties or a desire to reflect. Are you feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or depressed? Are you struggling in your relationship?
Having a confidential space where you can think, feel and talk about what's troubling you, can help you discover destructive patterns and behaviour, and bring about change.
A qualified, accredited and registered integrative psychotherapist & counsellor, mindfulness facilitator, and yoga teacher & trainer, I have over 10 years experience working with individuals and groups.
I offer a non-judgmental, safe and confidential space in which you can talk openly about any aspects of your life in a way which might not be possible with friends or family.
How to get started?
Making the first contact can be daunting. You can text or call me on 07507 055611 for a brief conversation, or email [email protected] Usually the process starts with an initial consultation in which we will take time to consider your needs and think together about the way forward.
