I am a therapist working in Cardiff, Swansea and online with individuals who wish to improve their existing relationships or bring new ones that they need into their lives. Are you feeling unsupported in life or lacking connections with people who really understand you? Do you wish you had closer relationships, more people to share your innermost thoughts with, or more authenticity where people know the “real” you? You may have been harmed by previous relationships, perhaps even by narcissistic abuse, and this has knocked you off course?
You may experience anxiety, depression, or compulsive behaviours which mask what is going on beneath. You may find yourself in unsatisfying relationships, and not know why you are drawn to such people, or perhaps you terminate relationships before they can blossom. Therapy can enable you to change your patterns so that the right people come into your life.

I currently work on Mondays in Cardiff centre, and Tuesday to Thursdays in Swansea. I also work online
Ongoing weekly sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and are charged at £55
I offer concessionary places to those on low incomes or facing other financial difficulties
Training and qualifications
I am a fully qualified Transactional Analysis counsellor, and a registered member of the BACP
I am also a member of the UK Association for Transactional Analysis
