I understand what it is like to feel overwhelmed and frustrated by life’s challenges. Sometimes we all need a confidential space where we can share and explore whatever is causing us difficulty, gain insight into our behavior and feelings get the support we need to create change in our lives.
I work with a people who need help with many different types of issues, whether that be with improving their relationships, overcoming addictive behaviors, working through the effects of trauma or adverse childhood experiences, grieving the loss of a relationship or the death of a loved one, finding meaning and purpose in life or dealing with anxiety, depression and stress.
My therapeutic style is integrative meaning that with I draw on a range of tools and techniques to create a therapeutic approach that is effective for each client. I value your collaboration in this and will ask for your feedback as we work together so I know what interventions you are finding supportive and what you'd like me to change.
