Are you struggling right now and in need of support? Maybe you are caught in a pattern of difficult behavior or feel lost and confused. Perhaps you are looking to make a change in your life but are unsure of what steps to take next. If this is the case, I can help. I understand what it is like to feel overwhelmed and frustrated. Sometimes we all need a private space where we get to grips with whatever is causing us difficulty and get the support we need to create change in our lives.
I work with a people who need help with many different types of issues, whether that be with depression, anxiety, difficult relationships, overcoming addictive behaviours, working through the effects of trauma , grieving the loss of a relationship or the death of a loved one, finding meaning and purpose in life or dealing with different types of stress.
My therapeutic style is integrative meaning that with I draw on a range of tools and techniques to create a therapeutic approach that is effective for each client.

£70 per session.
All sessions are 50 minutes other than our first session which is up to 75 minutes.

2009 - Post-graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (University of East London)
2005 - Certificate in Psychosynthesis Counselling (Psychosynthesis and Education Trust)
2002 - Psychology undergraduate (University of Cape Town)
Alongside my core training as a Psychotherapist, I have completed Level 1 and 2 training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
