I am a Hypnotherapist and an Eating Psychology coach, based in Peasmarsh East Sussex. I would like to tell you a bit more about me and my practice. I help people overcome, phobias, smoking addiction, stress, anxiety, IBS and weight- loss. By using more of a holistic approach in coaching, using techniques like NLP, mindfulness, mindfulness eating, hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, and gut health. I use techniques that deal with people’s subconscious around their weight issues. I’m fully invested in guiding you to make positive difference in your life and I offer very warm and nourishing environment that I will put you at ease.
