Having had a wide range of experience when it comes to anxiety and depression, I have been able to develop a better understanding and deep empathy towards the daily struggles of an individual who does not have the skills to cope, and may be feeling hopeless. My warm and open approach has always helped to break down any hesitation or resistance to change.
