I am an integrative Counsellor and I believe the most important factor in therapy is the relationship between client and therapist.

I specialise in Loss which is not just exclusive to bereavement but also loss of self, control, job, identity and many other ways in which loss effects us all. I have also worked a lot with anxiety and depression which again can be placed alongside loss.

I work short and long term depending on the client's needs. I use a variety of methods face to face, telephone and Skype.

Initially we can discuss your requirements over the phone and book in a first session to see how we work together and then I suggest booking a block of sessions which can be reviewed. 

I am working via phone and Skype from my London address and I will be opening my Northumberland business in September,working  from Berwick-upon-Tweed and Belford NE70 7EE. I will be offering face to face, Skype and telephone counselling from both Northumberland addresses. Do get in touch for more details.

I currently work with St Christopher's Hospice and I have worked in the NHS and for Cruse Bereavement, doing voluntary Counselling for a vast client base.

I am a registered member of the BACP.
