I believe therapy is for everyone, you do not need to meet a criteria or be in crisis. I want to offer a Space for you to tell your story, explore your thoughts and feelings and connect with who you are.
For me, the therapy room is a blank space and you make it what you need it to be each session. You may have difficult or complex thoughts that need to be explored carefully and sensitively.
I offer plenty of tissue, a hot drink and even some laughter too, while we sit and explore things together.

Sessions are £55 but 4 sessions can be block booked to receive a 10% discount.
I offer some concessions for those on a low wage and for trainee counsellors.

Level 3 in Advanced Counselling Skills.
Diploma in Humantic Gestalt Counselling.
