About me

I offer a warm and engaging approach to explore what’s causing you pain. My focus is on helping you re-connect with yourself to discover what you need to live a more fulfilling life. I am a multi-cultural, integrative and intuitive psychotherapist. My approach combines psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, body psychotherapy, intuition, and creativity. We’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, body, behaviours and inspiration with curiosity and compassion. We’ll learn about your relationship with yourself and others, your needs and your values. And connect the dots to understand what's keeping you stuck and why. My aim is to help you understand yourself as a whole and feel empowered to live the life you want. I welcome creative expression- through drawing, writing, working with objects, or using imagination and intuition. I am an intuitive therapist with a specialty in helping you see your blind spots and guiding you to make changes that are aligned for you.  I have experience working with a wide range of clients over 10 years. I have a special interest in working with identity and any kind of difference, including culture. I believe we all have the ability to grow and thrive with the right resources. I also believe that when we build a more trusting relationship with ourselves, we can take that belief in ourselves through every challenge and face it with more confidence. I offer both short- term and longer term sessions via video or voice call. I am a BACP registered member and adhere to their code of ethics. If you’d like a confidential space to explore difficult parts of your life or need support from an objective perspective, therapy could be a great place to start. Contact me if you're interested in how I can support you, and we can schedule an initial call free of charge to get a sense of whether we'd be a good fit.
