Sarvin Afarinesh
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I offer a warm and frank approach to therapy. I work in an engaging way so we can bring real life to therapy. Say you feel like you want things to change for the better but don't really believe they could and don't really know how it could be possible. All you know is you're tired of the same old painful patterns repeating in your life. I know this pain well because I've lived a painful life myself and I work to overcome it as a hobby.
I bring humour, realness, creativity, education, intuition and 10 years of experience working in private practice.
I help you see your blind spots and encourage you gently and fiercely. I know what it's like to be stuck and I know what it's like to get unstuck.
My clients usually come to me for issues of feeling different in their world and in recovering from trauma.
I offer short-term solution focused therapy, coaching you to find your way to make changes in your relationship to yourself, to others and to life so that you can live the life you came here to live: one that's fulfilling and meaningful to you.
I believe in our capacity for great change if we are willing to accept ourselves as the unique beings we are and embrace our struggles in ways that bring us to creating the life we want to live.
Contact me if you're interested and we can set up an initial call.
I currently offer weekly and fortnightly sessions on a short-term basis online.
I am registered by thr BACP and abide by their code of ethics.
I look forward to hearing from you.
