Integrative therapistAbout Me
I understand that sharing parts of yourself that you usually keep hidden can be daunting, I provide a safe and confidential space in which you can begin to do this.
We all experience times when we feel lost or anxious. Whether you are struggling with the pandemic, or with anxiety, depression or a specific personal issue, doing so alone can be overwhelming. Often having someone to explore your concerns and feelings with can be deeply valuable and clarifying.
I am a down to earth, qualified therapist with professional experience of working in various settings including Bereavement and Higher Education. I have worked successfully with clients aged eighteen to those in their seventies, covering a range of issues.
Above all I believe in building a connection that is respectful and collaborative. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, gender identities and sexual orientations. If you would like to discuss the possibility of starting therapy but are unsure if it's for you, feel free to call or send an email and I will gladly get back to you. This initial contact will of course be free and with no obligation.
