Sarah Bullock-Chase
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment, in which to explore difficult issues. Therapy is tailored to suit your needs, rather than fitting into a method. I seek to create a space where clients feelings and experiences can be explored, through a collaborative process and I feel the quality of the relationship between us is vital for change and transformation.
My approach is integrative and I primarily work within a framework that leans towards a relational approach. Grounded in psychodynamic concepts, I am also influenced by attachment theory and body psychotherapy, favouring a person-centred therapeutic style.
I have experience with a wide range of issues that include depression, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, relationship issues, bereavement, identity, eating disorders, disability, chronic health conditions, child and adult sexual abuse.
I welcome whatever issue(s) you may bring to therapy.
To get started you can call or email me to set up an initial session; we'll talk about what you want and then if you're happy to continue we will go from there.
At this current time sessions are being done online via Zoom.
