About me
My approach combines deep insight with warmth and curiosity, creating a space where difficult experiences can be explored safely and meaningfully. I have worked extensively with people experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, questions around identity and sexuality, low self-esteem, and periods of uncertainty about direction, purpose or belonging. I welcome clients within the LGBTQ community. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic models rather than relying on a single method. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs. My work combines Gestalt therapy with elements of somatic experiencing, person-centred therapy, psychodynamic thinking, REBT and Internal Family Systems. Together these approaches help us understand both present difficulties and the deeper patterns that may be influencing them. Clients often describe me as perceptive, creative and insightful. I aim to understand not only the difficulties you are facing but also the unique way you experience them. Therapy is not simply about solving problems; it is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and creating lasting change. Grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties and questions about who we are can leave us feeling stuck, isolated or overwhelmed. Therapy offers an opportunity to understand these experiences more deeply and move towards a fuller sense of yourself. If you are considering therapy, I am pleased to discuss how we might work together. Initial discussions are free, lasting 30 minutes.
