About me

Life can sometimes feel tough, painful or confusing.   Seeking change in the areas which are causing us distress or unhappiness is not an easy task. I offer both a safe and non-judgemental space to enable us to explore whatever difficulties you may be experiencing which may be causing you distress, pain or anxiety. I work as an integrative therapist which means I use a combination of different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs or goals.  I offer short term work up to 12 weeks or long term therapy.
