Counselling is provided on a short and long term basis depending on your specific needs and requirements.
I have experience of working with, stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction (substance and behaviour), sexuality, midlife crisis, career and work, and sexual health issues including HIV.
An initial assessment and agreement would be made before the counselling starts.
It is a confidential, non judgemental space for you to explore the issues that are important to you.

Training and qualifications
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists (BACP).
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis.
I have five years of counselling experience.
My own professional and personal development is important to me, and I regularly attend training courses and seminars.
I receive ongoing counselling supervision from a highly experienced and respected psychotherapist in line with BACP guidelines.
I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework.
