I began this work ten years ago after a career in the computing industry having learned that the single most important skill to have was the ability to communicate successfully with a diverse group of people, from technical specialists to sales reps. I ended up as a coach, and then spent four years training to become a counsellor and psychotherapist. 

I never cease to be moved by the strength and resourcefulness that my clients display as they grapple with the issues that life has thrown their way.
