In addition to offering traditional counselling and hypnotherapy services, I provide an integrated approach that merges elements of both modalities and incorporates a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), where appropriate.
