The commotion and chaos of everyday life means it can be challenging to find time dedicated to you, where you can think and unravel what is truly going on. You may find yourself running around in circles, feeling drained and weighed down, not really knowing why. You may have specific concerns that you would like to resolve or may just want somewhere to go to talk things through. I offer you a safe, reflective and supportive space where we can explore and consider the issues that are affecting you. I will actively listen to you and understand your world and experiences. I believe you are the only expert on your life, it is you who knows what hurts and what is important to you. I offer a warm and sensitive approach, free from judgment, where you will feel accepted and understood. I believe you have within you the resources for change. We will work together to find what works best for you. Through this you will gain a heightened sense of awareness and engage more fully in life.

I offer in person sessions near Angel/Old street as well as sessions online/phone. I currently only have availability for in person on Mondays.
