I am Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, based in North London, working online and face-to-face in my private practice (two locations Crouch End and Highgate). My website: www.mawachowska.com
I am a compassionate therapist, who offers a safe, non-judgmental space to work through whatever challenges you are facing. I work with clients presenting a wide range of issues.
I practise different approaches (person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic) depending on the client’s requirements.
Before qualifying as a therapist, I have worked for nearly 20 years as a TV news and documentary producer.

My fee is £70 per assessment and any subsequent session.
Training and qualifications
I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework. I have MA in Political Science and Advanced Diploma in Counselling (CPPD Counselling School in London).
In the last three years I have been seeing clients at Brent Carers Centre, Mind in Haringey and at the CPPD Low Cost Counselling Service in Hornsey. Recently I have taken part in CBT Victim Improvement Package Trial at UCL.
