About Me

Taking the decision to talk to a Counsellor can be a big step, it may have been something you've been considering for a long time, before you contact someone. Counselling can help you start your journey towards healing and making real changes in your life, by achieving your goals in life.

A Counsellor can guide you through your Counselling journey, offering a confidential and empathic space in which to express yourself and talk through anything that is worrying or concerning you.

I am a qualified Counsellor with a level 4 and 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

I work in an integrative, person-centred way, which means that the client is at the centre of everything I do. In my work, I draw upon various counselling models and theories so I can use the right approach for each client on an individual basis. I believe that we all have the ability to grow and heal, regardless of what we have experienced in life.

I have experience with a variety of clients who have experienced loss and bereavement, severe anxiety, low confidence, low self-esteem and redefining boundaries, stress, depression, emotional abuse, relationship issues and addictive behaviours.

Please get in touch if you think counselling can help you and if you want to talk further. I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to find out more about you and understand your needs and expectations of counselling.  I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment so you can be completely at ease.

I have a passion for helping people and believe that counselling can help people through life’s often difficult journey. I volunteer for two national charities who specialise in offering emotional support in person and over the telephone. I adhere to a code of Ethics and I attend Supervision sessions each month.

Contact me via email or telephone to confidentially outline any issues or services you’d like to discuss. All enquiries will be responded to within 24hrs.
