Is life feeling particularly difficult at the moment?  Perhaps you’re worried about something and don’t feel able to speak to family or friends about it?  Or maybe you’re feeling stressed with work and it’s starting to have an impact on your family life?  Perhaps you’ve found yourself in yet another difficult relationship and you don’t know why or how you got there or how to change it?

I provide weekly individual therapy, working with a range of issues, including anxiety, relationship issues, stress, lack of confidence and low self-esteem.

Counselling and psychotherapy gives you a space to talk with someone about the things in your life which don’t make sense or make you feel sad or angry or afraid.  Talking to someone about whatever is on your mind will help you to understand your feelings better, gain insight and make lasting changes to your life.

If these issues resonate with you, then please keep reading to find out how I can help you.

I'm a fully qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP with four years counselling experience in a variety of settings.

I also am an Anxiety UK approved therapist working with people with a range of anxiety and depression issues and disorders.

How can I help?
I offer a safe, confidential space for you to talk, think and explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns. I will be interested to hear about your experiences, your relationships and how you view yourself and the world around you. It can be helpful to explore any recurring patterns in your life and how past experiences may be holding you back. In exploring different aspects of yourself and your life, I'll help you to gain insight and consider new perspectives to help you find a way forward.

What to expect?
We will meet for an initial 50 minute session, so you can meet me, talk about your problem, what you'd like to gain from coming to therapy and decide whether you feel comfortable talking to me. Towards the end of the session, we can decide if we want to work together or you can have some time to think about it and let me know. If we decide to continue to work together, our sessions will take place on the same day, at the same time each week.

Where do I work?
I provide face to face sessions in London Bridge (SE1) and on the border of Catford and Forest Hill (SE6). I am easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Forest Hill, Honor Oak Park, Ladywell, Crofton Park, Brockley and Lewisham.

I also provide online, video call sessions using either Zoom or Skype.

I offer both short term and longer term work.
