I am a professionally trained Integrative-Relational Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with working experience in the NHS. Before becoming a counsellor I trained to teach yoga, mindfulness and meditation, and these Eastern practices inform both the way I work with clients and my holistic view of human suffering.
