About Me

With over twenty years experience of working with adults and young people to support the release of anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, relationship issues, depression, panic disorder, phobias, grief and sadness, family issues, separation and divorce, bereavement and grief, low self esteem, addictions, chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, C.F.S/M.E. I have a particular interest in the mind/body connection and the release of physical pain stored within the body.  There are more details on my website: Find more details on my website (link below).

Have you have you reached a really difficult point? Or do you have relationship issues with family or at work? Are you going through a divorce or separation? Facing redundancy? Other areas of counselling I deal with

High Sensitivity

If light, noise and highly charged situations make you feel depleted, then there is a possibility that your personality may have traits of 'the highly sensitive person'. This is where an individual is hyper aware of changes in their environment. It is not a mental health condition, but may lead on to feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and depression.

The development of Chronic Fatigue, M.E. or Fibromalgia

If the stress becomes chronic it can result in the individual having physical symptoms that are consistent with Chronic Fatigue, M.E. or Fibromalgia. These conditions have very real physical ailments.  By addressing the underlying causes and the repeated anxious cycle of thoughts, the recoverer can begin to make drastic changes with their health, both physically and emotionally.
