I am a UKCP accredited, CTA and MSc qualified (Metanoia London) Individuals, Couples and family Psychotherapist. I have extensive experience working with individuals and Couples in a variety of settings including Harley Street Therapy and Mind. I am DBS checked and practice within the UKCP ethical code for Psychotherapists.

My approach is based on the latest neuroscientific research for healing and integrates Relational, Transactional Analysis, Integrative, person-centred and CBT approaches. This will involve providing respect, compassion and curiosity within a confidential, non judgemental safe space, as we work together to resolve the issues impacting your life and relationships.
