As a fully qualified hypnotherapist, psychotherapist and coach since 1999. I work with people of all ages to overcome these destructive beliefs, feelings and behaviours.
I treat the person as a whole rather than just focusing on an individual issue. By using an holistic approach I can help clients get back on the right track and lead a better life.
I help clients by using what ever method will help them lead a better and more fulfilling life. By using hypnotherapy as well as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and other therapies, I help clients to change their beliefs and thinking so they can lead a better life, to cope with depression, anxiety and stress etc.
With the use of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy I offer an effective one session in helping people to stop smoking.
If you have a weight problem I can help.
I also help those that suffer emotional problems due to chronic diseases e.g. diabetes and cancer. Also the carers of those that are suffering.
