Katie Patel
Existential psychotherapistAbout Me
I’m Katie, an existential psychotherapist with a background in psychology, and I’m here to help you find more confidence and peace. I specialise in working with grief, trauma, and low self-esteem, supporting you in deepening your awareness of yourself and others through the healing process of therapy.
When we work together, it’s a team effort. I’ll guide you with gentle questions and thoughtful insights to uncover what’s causing you pain or holding you back. With that awareness, we can start making choices that are more aligned with who you want to be and break free from old patterns that no longer serve you.
Therapy is a powerful way to regain control of your life, experience real change, and grow in ways you might not have thought possible. It’s a genuine fast-track to personal growth that many people overlook. If you’re ready to start this journey, I’d love to hear from you!
