I am a fully qualified psychotherapist offering one to one integrative psychotherapy in Bath (covering BA1 and BA2). I help young people (18+) and adults. I have studied a number of therapeutic techniques and I aim to use the appropriate one which will be best suited to you and what you feel comfortable with.
I create a friendly, supportive, kind and safe environment to allow you to work through issues that you may have. I can help you with:
- Relationship issues
- anxiety
- depression,
- bereavement,
- phobias,
- family issues,
- life events and transitions,
- childhood abuse
- and other issues
I also work in the NHS as a psychotherapist supporting patients with chronic disease and have particular experience in this area (diabetes, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia).
In private practice I work from Widcombe in central Bath which has on street parking and is close to the train and bus stations. I work by starting with an initial consultation where we would make a plan of what therapeutic work would suit you best and then aim to meet weekly thereafter, either short term or longer term. I also offer online sessions.
Please do contact me if I can answer any questions you might have about therapy or about how I work.
