Kat ChristoforouIntegrative counsellor
I am aware that making a decision to start therapy is not an easy one and it is important you choose someone you can really connect with. I am an Integrative therapist, trained in different approaches however I see our relationship as the most important aspect of the therapy. I aim to facilitate a genuine, authentic and collaborative relationship where you can feel safe to explore what is troubling you without any judgement. I offer a confidential, supportive space, where you can really feel listened and heard.
Although I am competent to work with a variety of issues, I have an extensive experience of supporting people affected by any form of domestic abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, stalking, harassment and coercive behaviour).
I offer short and long-term therapy to adults and adolescents who may experience a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. This may include a current crisis, pattern of unhelpful, repeating behaviour or issue from the past.
OnlineI also provide my services online.
