Hello and welcome to my page! I offer a friendly and warm space in my practice room in Crystal Palace, SE19, for us to explore what brings you for counselling.

I originally trained within the Person-Centred approach and have over 5 years’ experience working within the NHS offering time limited sessions and also in private practice doing more longer term work.

You might have a few sessions in mind or perhaps would like a longer period of open- ended work to talk through what’s been troubling you.

Either way, I’ll take your lead and I’ll be interested in how you experience your life, be a companion as you explore what might be hard to explain, painful or sad. We can look at what you might need, and the things that get in the way.

I’ll invite you to be curious towards all of your experiences, even those you might never have spoken about. You may discover new feelings. In time, as you begin to vocalise some of this you may find some acceptance and relief. And this in itself may help you to heal and build emotional resilience.
