Julia Hughes
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
We can all go through times in our lives when we feel it would be beneficial to talk to someone who is outside our family and friends. It is a brave decision to seek help. Whatever reasons you have for seeking therapy are valid and I will treat them and you with care and respect.
My name is Julia and I am an experienced therapist working in Hackney. I provide a warm, calm space where together we can explore and make sense of what has brought you to counselling.
Maybe you are experiencing anxiety or depression and you feel you would benefit from some support. Maybe counselling is something you have always been curious about, or maybe there is a mismatch between how you want life to be and how it is.
