Transactional analysisAbout Me
I am a psychotherapist in advanced training, specialising in transactional analysis, which is great for improving how we relate to each other and move within our circles.
I am interested in how people who feel they are different may exist in a state of oppression, perhaps not knowing it, but certainly suffering the repercussions, such as being unsatisfied in the workplace. This could be due to oppression, when viewed within a cultural, social, or political context.
I can help with anxiety, stress, trauma, autism, ADHD, bereavement, child abuse, domestic violence, self-esteem, motivation, identity and, of course, relationships; our relationship being where the magic happens.
I am aware of how therapy with a neurodivergent client is different from how therapy is traditionally conducted, and bring this to my practice.
I would describe myself as a Black Briton of Nigerian/Greek Cypriot/Congolese heritage, who was born in Scotland, but who grew up on the London/Surrey border.
I am an autistic, cis, heterosexual man.
How would you describe yourself? Let’s find out.
