From April 12th 2021 I am back working face-to-face.

I am a down to earth person who can offer you a warm, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship into which you can bring whatever is concerning you; to be heard, and to look at ways in which we might work to address your issues. As an Integrative therapist I use several approaches and the way we work will depend on what you bring and will evolve with our relationship.

I am here to listen, to try and understand your world and what is troubling you; to help you make sense of things, and to accompany you through your journey during which you may gain insight into your patterns and the sources of these, to explore ways of changing, or to accept those parts of you which you may be finding unacceptable.

Above all I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship - in how we 'fit' as two people. So, when you feel ready, give me a call or send an email and we can arrange to meet for an initial, exploratory session and you can get a sense of how we might work together.
