I am a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I have a background in housing management and mental health. I am a qualified hypnotherapist and qualified mediator. I also have several years experience as an employee supporter supporting individuals who may have fallen into difficulties as work, such as dealing with disciplinary and grievances as well as managing sickness, poor performance and relational issues in  the workplace. I have worked with the impact of anti-social behaviour and its effect on the individual. I have worked with those affected by domestic violence, mental health issues, adult and child safeguarding challenges. Debt, Inner child work, drug and alcohol addiction and most of life's challenges. I use a range of methods and approaches tailor-made to suit you the individual, from talking therapy to using creative visualisation, gestalt approaches,art therapy and sand tray work and more. I work in a person-centred way.
