I offer a FREE 15 minute initial Skype/FaceTime consultation where we can briefly discuss your requirements and how I might be able to help you.

PLEASE NOTE: SESSIONS AT PHYSICAL LOCATIONS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19.  ONLINE THERAPY IS OPEN (PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR CURRENT AVAILABILITY)

Typical timeline is approx 12-16 sessions:

London (City), Liverpool Street: Longcroft House, 2-8 Victoria Avenue, Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4NS (1 minute walk from Liverpool Street station). Fee: £150 per session.

London (West End), Oxford Street:  Gosfield Street, London, W1W 6HE (7 minutes walk from Oxford Street & 8 minutes from Goodge Street). Fee: £150 per session.

London (South West), Battersea: Ashbury Road, Battersea, SW11 5UH (12 minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station or a short bus ride from Clapham Common tube station). Fee: £140 per session.

Online therapy: I offer online therapy and consultations via telephone, Skype and FaceTime for clients across the UK and worldwide.  Please note this rate is only applicable to clients who complete the entirety of their therapy sessions online. Fee: £140 per session. 

Couples therapy: Fee: £195 per session.

 

Training and qualifications

Qualifications: MSc in Neuroscience, Psychology and Mental Health from Kings College, specialism: Empowerment, and qualified (with honours) in CBT/REBT therapy at CCBT, from Regents University.

Clinics: Three central London clinics and an online practice.  

Clinical expertise: I consult for a private addiction clinic in Notting Hill. My previous experience also includes the UK’s largest mental health service provider, the Priory clinic.

My journey: I moved from a successful career in investment management so I truly understand the challenges for busy professionals. Let’s have a powerful conversation!
