Training and qualifications

Clinical expertise and education:

I have a strong background using integrative and person-centred therapeutic approaches within my private practices (Liverpool St, Oxford St, Battersea & online). In addition, I consult with a private drug & alcohol rehabilitation clinic in Notting Hill where I support clients suffering with addiction (including severe anxiety, depression and mental/emotional abuse). Here I apply cutting edge intervention techniques (in addiction treatment) by facilitating group therapy and psycho educational workshops.  

I completed my initial CBT & REBT training (with honours) with CCBT at Regents University in London, whilst gaining clinical experience working within one of the largest and most well established mental health service providers in the UK, the Priory clinic.  I went on to train in person-centred and integrative approaches within the clinic and I am completing an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health with The Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN) at Kings College London.

London (West End), Oxford Street:  Gosfield Street, London, W1W 6HE (7 minutes walk from Oxford Street & 8 minutes from Goodge Street). Fee: £125 per session.

London (South West), Battersea: Ashbury Road, Battersea, SW11 5UH (12 minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station or a short bus ride from Clapham Common tube station). Fee: £115 per session.

Online therapy: I offer online therapy and consultations via telephone, Skype and FaceTime for clients across the UK and worldwide.  Please note this rate is only applicable to clients who complete the entirety of their therapy sessions online. Fee: £115 per session. 

Couples therapy: Fee: £175 per session.
