About Me

I have been working with clients since 2018  and I work with your unique way of being and how you understand yourself and the world.

I work in an open and flexible way with each and every client, allowing our therapeutic work to develop over time. Whatever is bringing you to therapy at this point in your life is the starting point for our work together.

This may mean we work creatively in sessions, using drawing or other creative elements, or we may just sit and talk. However we choose to work, it will be mutually discussed and agreed with your consent.

I am regulated by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and follow their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

If you are interested in getting in contact then I offer a free 15 minute phone call. This is a good way to meet and find out a bit more about each other before making a commitment to sessions. If you then decide you would like to meet we will have an initial consultation session of 60 minutes to explore in more depth what you're looking to get out therapy. This session is £70. You can then decided if you would like to continue with further sessions. All subsequent sessions will be 50 minutes long and will be £70 per session.
