Hypnotherapy hypnotherapistAbout Me
As a challenging year finally ends, many of us feel our energy depleted and the need to rebuild our resilience.
Whether your resolutions for 2021 are about your mental health, better managing stress and anxiety, your lifestyle, diet, or exercise, or your relationships with others, work or the world, I am here to help you make changes and manifest things you want in your life.
Hypnotherapy is a well-established, creative and versatile approach, that engages the unconscious mind to effectively deactivate unwanted patterns and rewire your mind for adaptation and change.
To find out more about hypnotherapy and/or me, feel free to message me, to arrange a free confidential chat. I offer online sessions via FaceTime or Whatsapp during lockdown.

Training and qualifications
I have a formal training is in neurodevelopmental psychology and started my career working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
I decided to move away from early detection and assessment and became a counsellor for a London inner city academy, serving a multi-cultural population, with a variety of developmental, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
I recognised in hypnotherapy a positive, creative and versatile approach to engage the mind in the process of change.
I hold an MSc in Neuro-developmental Psychology from Birkbeck University and another in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College.
I am in my final year of a Post Graduate Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapy, at the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP).
