About Me

I am a qualified psychologist, with training in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, and a member of the BPS and UKCP.

I have 15 years experience helping individuals with their mental health and transform their life. I specialise in anxiety and anxiety related issues, including complex trauma, anger, self-esteem, emotional and relationship difficulties.

My background is in neuro-developmental psychology, what goes on in our brain in the early years and how we learn to respond in our own unique way to circumstances in our life.

I use hypnosis to help you get a deeper understanding of your core emotional drivers, needs and beliefs.

There is a general misconception that hypnosis involves some loss of control. In reality, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. During a session, I will guide you safely into hypnosis, to access your unconscious resources and use them for personal transformation. Most people find hypnosis enjoyable and relaxing.

My sessions last 60 minutes. I work from the perspective that we all have an innate ability to heal, adapt and transform. I see my role as enabling you to become a more potent version of yourself, and make every step of that journey a meaningful one for you.

If you are here looking for someone to help you, I'd love to be that person. I give sessions in English and French, online or face-to-face following Covid-19 guidance.
