About Me

I provide one-to-one Creative Psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, children and families. I also deliver group therapy and counselling to schools and run supervision sessions for other therapists. Please note that therapy weekend retreats in the South of France are available for individuals and families.

I am based near Chiddingfold, Haslemere and Godalming.

When facing problems it is often difficult to express ourselves in a solely verbal way. Unconscious defences can inhibit real engagement with therapy and therefore can fail to reflect our true feelings. Fortunately, psychotherapy has adapted by integrating techniques that draw on drama, sandtray, art, movement, play, myths, and story that can, with a more playful approach, get straight to the root of the issue. You don't need to have any special ability in such 'Arts' - they are just helpful tools that aid access to the unconscious. Then together we will work on the root of your problem and set about transforming harmful narratives in a safe and facilitating environment.
