Emily Perry
Psychosynthesis therapistAbout Me
My goal as a therapist is to help people live more meaningful and connected lives. I aim to provide a compassionate, safe and non-judgmental space for you to attend to yourself. You may be seeking therapy to deal with your relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, living abroad, burn-out, crisis of meaning and life purpose, or your life in general, to name but a few.
Naturally, our work will be tailored to your needs and desires. We can work on thought patterns or behaviours that don’t serve you anymore. Or we might want to explore earlier experiences or relationships that are keeping you stuck.
I have a holistic, future-focused approach and see the therapist-client relationship as the foundation of good therapy. Together, with mutual respect, confidentiality and compassion, we will work to create awareness, deepen your understanding and bring about transformation. Effective therapy must, in time, lead to tangible improvement in the way we live our lives.
